Nursing Practice Council
Vision
The Nursing Practice Council (NPC) is a diverse group of professional nurses who are competent, respectful and accountable. We communicate and advocate current trends to foster excellence in practice. We welcome and mentor nurses to move forward with us to create a friendly, helpful and fun environment.
We are a dynamic, diverse and action-oriented leadership team. We operate in an environment that values and supports open communication, integrity, creativity and efficiency.
We support our nursing colleagues in our unified goal to achieve a high performance team of nurses in all our diverse roles. We create a supportive environment where nurses are valued, trusted and empowered so they are satisfied with their work life and are proud to be a Misericordia Health Centre team member. As nursing leaders and visionaries we use evidence-based knowledge to ensure the delivery of safe high quality care exceeding community expectations.
