Five-year-old Erica Wilson doesn’t go far these days without her fluffy brown stuffed bear. She has to make sure his broken arm is OK. Soon, he’ll be getting his bright purple cast off.

Misericordia Residents Give Back to the Community
70 loaves of bread + 9 jars of peanut butter, jam and cheese whiz = 140 sandwiches. These 140 sandwiches sure make a lot of people happy. Once a month, Misericordia interim and long-term care residents make sandwiches to be donated to Agape Table, a local soup kitchen.

Oldest living twins turn 105
Ellen Isabella Robertson (Hall) squeezes her physician’s
hand and says with a laugh, “Watch I don’t hurt you!” The spry
centenarian, who has been living at Misericordia Health Centre for the past
five months, turned 105 on Tuesday. She was hoping her sister, Sarah SelinaJeanmougin (Hall), would be able to make the trip from Arizona, U.S., to celebrate their historic birthday together, but Sarah’s health prevented her from coming. Together, Ellen and Sarah are the world’s oldest living twins.

Misericordia Health Centre to Undergo $17.5-Million Redevelopment
More than $17.5 million will be invested in the
