NEW MISERICORDIA EYE CARE CENTRE NAMED FOR BONNIE AND JOHN BUHLER
The Misericordia Health Centre Foundation announced the kickoff of The Future of Care campaign – a $45 million redevelopment campaign in partnership with the Province of Manitoba and the Winnipeg Health Region to refurbish the century-old buildings. Today it is naming the new Eye Care Centre of Excellence for noted Manitoba philanthropists Bonnie and John Buhler. The Misericordia Foundation announced the honour at the official launch of its redevelopment campaign, The Future of Care.

PROVINCE STARTS CONSTRUCTION ON PHASE ONE OF MISERICORDIA REDEVELOPMENT
Construction will begin immediately on a new, two-storey facility at the Misericordia Health Centre (MHC), which will house the Eye Care Centre of Excellence, the Diagnostic Centre and the PRIME program (Program of Integrated Managed-care of the Elderly), Premier Greg Selinger announced today.
