Volunteer Areas
Volunteers have a dynamic impact on the lives of residents, patients and staff at Misericordia Health Centre. Our team of volunteers assist in three main areas:

Resident / Patient Care Programs: e.g.: Recreation, Spiritual Care
Support Services: e.g.: Newspaper and Mail Delivery, Clinics, Office Assistance and other special projects
Volunteer Ventures: revenue generating projects which provide goods and services while raising funds for resident/patient care projects (e.g.: Gift Shop)

Consider sharing your time, skills and interests at Misericordia Health Centre. You may want to volunteer to meet new people, to gain valuable work experience in health care, or simply to “give back” to your community. Challenging and rewarding volunteer opportunities are available to caring people of all ages.
