Providing learning opportunities
Our new on-site English at Work program is available to all staff and volunteers who wish to improve their English language skills – everything from speaking, reading, writing and comprehension.

Keeping staff healthy
Misericordia Health Centre is committed to keeping staff healthy, offering a variety of fitness opportunities – everything from a 24/7 fitness centre to yoga to circuit training and much more!

Recognizing staff
We understand the importance of recognizing the tremendous contributions and dedication of our staff. This is accomplished in many ways, both formally and informally. This year, our Long Service and Retirement event recognized 57 long-service staff and 21 retirees.

Simply having fun
The best part of human resources is organizing all the fun stuff, like staff golf tournaments and children’s Christmas parties. How better to get to know a fellow staff member than paddling in a dragon boat or donning an angel costume on a Santa Claus parade float? Come join us !
